Disappearing balance.

Balance said zero although I was sure that was not true. I topped up anyway. Old balance came back shortly afterwards. Now have much more credit than required.

You cannot get a refund on PAYG so just keep the balance for future use.

Thanks. I am more concerned about my balance going to zero without  any use of it.

Then it is there but only after a top up.

Could be related to the system updates that run each night but impossible to give an accurate answer.

If you are concerned about it disappearing again and not reappearing, take a screenshot so you at least have some evidence of what it was at a particular point in time. 

I know that this is sad but I screenshot my PAYG balances a couple of times a week. I have never experienced a problem as yet, so I have no idea whether the screenshots would be accepted in evidence if there ever was a dispute.
