Hi, I was given a SIM card while attending a local food bank. I was told it would last for 12 months and would be free...each month I would get a code.

S person I know had a similar one from the Brussel trust, it lasted 6 months and every month it auto renewed.  No need to put in a code.

I have put the SIM in my phone, downloaded the O2 app but gave had no prompting text or emails ... Any help?

@Kayjaydee

Once registered, you should receive a text message with a voucher code in 24 to 48 hours.

You dial 4444 and follow the prompts to enter the top up voucher code.

If no code arrives, contact the Good Things Foundation.

@Hks Have you followed the advice above

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
