I have just topped up on my £15 bundle .I have not received my data,come on O2,why is this always happening.

@Startrekker01 - big bundle renewal occurs on the same date each month from when you first topped up - so if you first topped up on 8th of a month, and you run out of data before the 8th of the next month, you will need to wait for O2 to take the £15 on 8th and renew your call, text and data bundle. Point 5 here: https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/big-bundles-terms-and-conditions
You may buy (from your £15 balance, so another top-up needed before your next renewal!) a one-off data bolt on to tide you over if you wish: https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/all-tariffs/bolt-ons or wait until your renewal date.
