Same problem, different area! This time wa2 8ez in a so called 4g area in the middle of walsall. Haven't had more than 1.5mbs (that's 1 point 5) for the last 2 weeks and today it's 700kbs.
Turned off phone, reset connection settings etc.
Ofcom speed checker does even work its do slow.
