I topped up my pay as you go sim last night with £10 and my 4g data only worked for 1 hour today and then stopped working. I have a message to say my balance is only 8 pound now and I have unlimited calls and unlimited texts. This isn’t how my sim usually works and I had only bought the top up for the data as I still had call and texts. I would like to be refunded for this if you are not able to get my data working again.

You need to call 4445 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0222 from any other phone or send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
