Hi there,
I hope someone on here can help me
I have a Pay as you go data sim for a security camera. I knew my allowance was coming to an end, so I bought a new data allowance so that it would automatically top-up. The other day I went to view my camera and it wouldn't work. I logged in to check my data and it said that I had known. I was shocked that it had used my whole allowance, but thought I must have miscalculated what I needed, so I bought a new allowance with more data. When I next logged on a little while later to see if it had been added, it showed the original bundle with the new bundle lined up afterwards. I don't need this second bundle as it is too much data and I felt I only bought it as the website was incorrect. Please can I have it refunded?
Kind regards
Claire
