Been trying to save rewards last few days no option now o balance what poor service

I also have the same problem,now it's refreshed itself for the new period,I've been trying for the past few days, haven't even received a text about saving or claiming either

You need to pick up the phone and call customer services on 4445 and they should be able to help.
