Solved: Costs while abriad

Can anyone help please. I have just been abroad for a week in Turkey. Before I went, I topped up my phone. When I landed in Turkey I made two quick calls, one home and one to family in Turkey. I also sent one text to England. I then turned off WiFi, turned off Data Roaming and if I used Internet whole away, I used my families Internet. The say after I arrived, my balance was over £30,yet the following day it was zero.

What gave I done wrong for this to happen?
