I need to query my bill I have received and if all is correct pay it but I can’t get through on the app, calling or online chat service to the pay as you go team.
It could be because I am abroad but it urgently needs to be paid but I can’t see a way around it.

Either call them on 202 from your mobile phone, or 0344 809 0202 (or 0800 032 1402).

You don't get a bill on PAYG.
If you wish to call from abroad it's free from your O2 phone.
