I want to switch from 10pounds big bundle to international 20pounds big bundle today. I have 20 pounds on my o2 pay as you go right now. Please help me

Then your only option is to call customer services, we are all customers here with the same access as you.

If you call early, around 8.00am, you should get through easily.

You can change your tariff in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

But I can't wait till 23rd december. I WANNA turn off 10bigbundle and turn on 20bigbundle international today. I can't change it on site and 4445 is off
