Solved: Cancelling an Auto Payment on my payg account

Hello does anyone know how I can cancel one of my payments on PAYG on my mobile account. I'm supposed to pay £20 a month but the account keeps taking an extra £15 out of my joint account which it was originally set up on. Which means I'm paying £35 per month for my mobile 😞

Easiest way is to cancel it with your bank.
