Can't see my usage in my o2

I've choose to use non contract sim with o2 and keep my old number which was  on contract with o2. I've made the migration. I'm registered my new pay as you go and can't see my usage on my o2. If I am going to see my account through my o2 app,  there shows that I'm not existing. if I  am going to through online my o2 ,there shows that I got account but I can't see what happened with my balance,  usage. Can anyone explain me what's going on?

It takes a few days for your MyO2 to work properly, if not, you will need to call O2 on 4445.

I am not sure that you will see your usage in MyO2 @Vikusja02. I have two O2 PAYG SIMS :-

 

1. on Classic PAYG, MyO2 simply tells me the cost of making calls, sending texts and using data, and states how much credit I have remaining. 

 

2. on a Big Bundle, MyO2 simply tells me that I have unlimited calls and texts, and confirms my remaining data until my renewal date. it also confirms when I will renew, how much credit I need to successfully renew on that date and my total credit as at today. O2 also text about this about a week before the renewal is due. 

 

It is quite minimal but meets my needs. Hopefully that level of data will work for you ?

It still tells you how much data, how many calls and how many texts have been used.

What it doesn't do is give you the numbers and times of calls and texts, however, that wasn't the question.

Can you please describe @MI5 how to find in MyO2 "....how much data, how many calls and how many texts have been used" ?

 

I have searched MyO2 for both a Classic PAYG SIM and for a Big Bundle SIM, and have looked at both the app and the web-based versions of MyO2. I can find lots of information about what remains and, in the case of the Big Bundle, what will happen on renewal day. However, I cannot find anything relating to usage before today.
