As stated above I can't log onto my o2 and it says that I don't a product for my phone, which I do when using the website.

Just to confirm @Smeagol , the website version of My o2 works but the app doesn't?
Try uninstalling the app, reboot your phone and then install again.
If that doesn't work then you will need to contact customer services to check there are no issues.
Either call them on 4445 or 0344 809 222, or message on social media:
