Can't log on to my o2

Hello, I cant access my o2. When I log on using my email, this is register to old phone that is now under Vodafone. I still get pass code and log on to service but then I'm not able to add my current phone as it says this is already registered. It should also be registered under the same email as this is the email I used originally. Please can you help
