Its getting that the o2 pay and go Big Bundles are now not the cheapest option.
I was on an old Big Bundle of 2000 text, 750 mins and 2G of data for £15 and the new Big Bundle for the same price now gives you less free mins and text but 5G of data.
I have just moved to the new £20 Big Bundle tariff that will start at the start of June. So I can get more data 6G but keep my 2000 free text and I will now have 1000 free mins. I know I will not use all the 1000 free mins in a month. I be lucky if I use between 100 and 200 free mins a month.
I see the tarrif now comes with data rollover how dose that work.
I also see that going on a sim only deal now looks a little cheaper than the o2 pay and go tarrifs.

I have been sim only for years @darrenney02. (Fortunate to be able to do that with a phone bought outright) I agree, you can get cracking deals with Sim only. They also have plenty of offers on.

I may given time change to a sim only deal. For £20 a month is the limit I can afford every month. Any tariff over £20 a months I can’t afford.
1000 free mins a month may look good but it way to much for me.
I did like the look of the 5G Big Bundle tariff for the same £15 a month as I’m paying the now for my old Big Bundles tariff but that gives you less text. Not that I use all of the 2000 free text in a month but I do some months text a lot more that other months.
I have an IPhone that I bought of QVC nearly 10 months ago now on 3 easy payments.

I know you said 'in time' (good for you sticking to what you can afford) @darrenney02.... though I thought I would show you this
https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=P12M
Where you can, on a sim only, get 20GB data and unlimited texts and calls for £20 a month. Pretty good really

A simplified explanationation in layman's terms as to how the data rollover works, even though it does come from the scum of the Sun :
