Can I receive my bank's OTP text while in India

Can I receive my bank's OTP text message from the UK while I'm in India? I noticed last time that I received some text messages from UK while there.

This shows that OTP doesn't meet SCA Requirements - I think the FCA Articles have been moved ( I dont have all day to search for them).

For card payments its different as there are already multiple layers of authentication
