Solved: Big bundle rollover

I have the £15 big bundle with the extra 5gb. However when it rolled over on the 16/12/21 although I had 22gb left only 15 gb rolled over giving me 30gb. Later in the day I received the text saying I had the extra 5gb. This gave me a total of 35gb when I should have 40gb. I rang the service centre and they said I should 30gb. I told them about the text and extra 5gb but they could not see it. I am confused.
