i have been with o2 for years and now want to upgrade my monthly contract and get a fee new fone but im getting no good deals here at all other provides are looking more and more appealing,any ideas?

Call 202 and choose the 'leaving' option and ask retentions for a better deal to keep you. Not saying it will work but no harm in trying.

As ever, the advice on here is to go with the best deal and phone to suit your needs and if that has to be another network then certainly consider it. Check out the networks for the best coverage in your home, workplace and locale.
