Hi, a couople if months ago i left O2. I would now like to unlock my old iphone for my son to use. I have tried using the form, but I keep getting the security question wrong (at least that is what 02 tell me when they respond). I have tried several different ones, to no avail, and also tried to click the forgotten password, and input my last statement date, and amount, but 02 still tell me it's wrong. I have tried the chat, but that doesn't work, and 02 are not taking calls, unless it tell them my ohone has been stolen. Also tried to get into My 02 app, but as i am no longer an 02 customer, my account must have been disabled.
Has anyone got any advice on how I can get this sorted?
