Solved: Re: sim swap failed

I got my new phone this morning and ive had to do a sim swap as the new phone uses a micro sim, however i have typed in the serial number provided on the sim and it has shown up as failed, it has done this several times, what do i do next???? please help!

seen this a few times try the sms way to do a simswap that seams to work

To do this, you need to send a message with the word “Swap” to 20220
