removing bolt on

trying to remove a data bolt on, comes up with technical error on the website for the last 2 weeks and cant see anyway to do it over the phone. Anyone know any other way to do it?

I am having the same problem. This should be made easy by 02! I hmmm...I wonder why they make it difficult???

It shouldn't be difficcult to be honest but the website is notoriouslyunpredictable. I can only suggest you remove it by contacting customer service if My O2 isn't allowing you to do so.

Hi, and thanks Jonsie. I didn't manage to solve it online but did get it removed by speaking to customer service today.
