I've just bought a Samsung Galaxy Music phone. I signed up for My O2 so I could get the o2 wifi hotspot app.
To do this, I then had to sign up again, this time for O2 wifi.
Did that. Waited for the confirmation email so I could log on to get the wifi app.
Verified my O2 WiFi account.
Got to the app page, expecting to see a Download button, instead, all I can see is 'View in iTunes'!
I do not want iTunes. I don't have an iphone, I don't want to sign up for something which wants to sell me music and I don't need to 'View' the wifi app, I just want to download it. Is this all an elaborate ploy to make me download SpyTunes? Is there actually an app at the end? And if there is, is it even worth getting?
(Signed up for this forum, so I could ask this question!)

You can get the app free from Google Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.o2.android.wifi&hl=en
It sounds as if you clicked the wrong button here:
http://www.o2wifi.co.uk/my/app

Thanks the Google Play site sorted it. There are a couple of very useful sites I'll be able to use
