o2 repair - says no fault found but there is a fault thats why I sent it!

So annoyed  that while tracking my sony xperia T repair its says no fault found contacting customer (still waiting for contact) I have sent my phone in because it keeps turning itself off and frustrated this fault has not been seen or found and no doubt the phone sent back still rebooting when it feels like it arrrggghhhh

Will it be a continuous circle of me sending the phone saying their is a a fault and o2 saying no there isnt!? Or can I ask for a new phone is that within my rights?

You will have to wait and see if the phone is still faulty before you can do anything else. The repair team will have set the phone to factory settings and removed any apps that are not standard to the phone. Sometimes it is an app that can cause this type of issue, so I suggest you try it a few days first without any other apps installed, then add a few apps at a time.
Also, try to avoid any battery saving apps, Juice defender, green power etc....

Hi.

If it's still playing up after you receive it back then You could try approaching the phone manufacturer under its warranty to try and get sorted.

Just a thought. slight_smile

Typically O2 replace a phone if they are unable to remedy a fault they have confirmed is apparent after 3 times of sending it off. Problem here is they are saying no issue exists.

I feel your frustration. 😞
