just bought car insurance. can log on but can't view my policy

just bought car insurance and paid for it and can log on my o2 drive app and can see that I actively have a policy but when I click to view it I get a session ended message. can anyone please help. Thank you.

O2 has done o2 drive (insurance and app) for a while but will it be yet another product that is stopped after a few years
