Hi tomorrow i have phone collection to submit insurance claim, Do i need put insurance department adress on envelope, or stickers from courier will be enough?

Courier will have packaging already addressed to the correct address.

You just need to write your name, address and claims number on a piece of paper to put into the couriers packaging.
