hi, there used to be an option for gold early upgrades, now can only see refresh option, and it wants £189 to upgrade my phone, how do i go about getting gold upgrade, as it should be free due to my high volume of spend

You need to contact customer service on 202 or possibly go instore.

They are a thing of the past and been replaced with a fair deal policy where both new and existing customers get the same deals.

As said ring O2 or look at the independents such as CPW - although they can't offer the Refresh Tariffs only two years ones.

Hi there tweenage, ring 202 and select the options for upgrades. they will tell you what options you have. slight_smile

I used to be a Platinum customer before it was all withdrawn (although there are still some perks) however, if you speak to Upgrades directly they will offer you special deals depending on your spend profile.
