Hi, I've recently had to exchange my iPhone 14 pro for a new one as the camera broke. When trying to set up the new phone in store the apple technician was unable to transfer my esim from my old phone. Apparently it should be as easy as placing the 2 phones close to one another. unfortunate this didn't work so he advised I should go to the o2 store and request a new esim. Unfortunately my account is O2 360 and this can't be dealt with in store which is quite annoying. They advised I should ring o2 however im unable to do this as im not connected to a network (because my eosin didn't transfer over). The final suggestion was to go on the my o2 app and request an esim (swap your sim tab ) from there however the 02 app requires me to confirm my id by responding to the 2 text messages that are sent to my phone. However again not being connected to a network im unable to receive these. How can I request an Esim in this instance??

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call using skype Guide: A Guide to Skype

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
