i ordered a samsung galaxy a3 yesterday to be delivered before 12pm and now it is 6:45pm and i am still waiting should i be worried and what can i do to solve this issue?

Hi @LEMxNS Unless you have received a dispatch email you won't be getting it today. Also as it's the Easter period it could be Tuesday before you hear anything .

Sounds like it’s out of stock but you will need to chase the order with customer service after the bank holiday

It's normally out õf stock when there has been no dispatch email. Give them a call to check.

I'm assuming you paid extra for weekend delivery (you certainly should have done) so you need to ensure you get that refunded too.
