change delivery address checkout

Anonymous

After speaking to o2 after changing my billing address on my account. I've tried to put an order through which is stating my old address at the checkout and will not let me amend it to my new address. Does anyone have any idea of how to change this?

Call them again.
There must be more than one place they need to change it......?

Only cs can change it.
Usually you would need to write in with proof of new address.

First the website and now the systems, really bad o2. I'm afraid phoning again is your only option. Even writing could take an eternity.
