cant get voicemail :(

hii slight_smile ive tried to access my voicemail using another mobile number and it wont work. When i press star, it says I need to change my password and that should ring off my own number, but i have no credit and i am unable to topup. My stupid landline phone doesnt even have a star button on it! help?

To use another phone you have to set it up from your own number first. It's to prevent phone hacking (I'm sure you've read about it in the papers :))

Call 901 from your handset and at the prompt, change the pin from the default 8705 to a 4 digit pin of your choice.
