Can anybody help? I'm struggling with My 02 account. I seem to have two accounts linked with the same number. I'm trying to cancel my disney subscription through 02 but I can't find any options for cancelling and no numbers or chat boxes for help via 02. I can successfully log into one account which shows my bill but even then it states my old phone and not my recent one. I'm so confused. I seem to have endless problems with my 02.
