Hello @CS2
This is an o2 community forum not customer services.
You really do need to contact customer services. The best is to call them early morning 08.00 or 08.30 am . Chat is not as good.
Good luck and best wishes

Hi @CS2, and welcome to the o2 customer community.
This is not o2 customer services, and as such your notice above is not going to reach the people you might think.
What you need to do is call o2 customer services and ask them to move your number across to your new phone/sim/contract.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Just to also mention, cancelling your DD is likely to only result in damage to your credit score and history because of an outstanding bill.

I can accept that, i have been trying to cancel for to long, this is the worst service i have ever received from a customer view. i can ensure you i will never purchase from yourselves again, the aftercare is not worth the high prices you charge.

@CS2

Cancelling is now as simple as sending a text.

Read carefully and choose the option for keeping your number Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
