Which provider actually has ''customer service''?

My current sim card is 4G, I now need a 5G sim but actually getting in touch with o2 is f***i*g impossible, the app chat is crap, and speaking to a person - no chance. Is there a provider that actually speaks to customers?

Resolved! Os Indonesia (Specifically Bali) included in o2 Travel

From what I've read o2 Travel does include Indonesia (Not the Inclusive bolt-on that I already have) but the advisor I just spoke to on the phone says it isn't. Can someone please confirm which information is right for me? Many thanks Maz
