Why didn’t I get an emergency alert today

Hi All,

Along with many others, I didn’t get my emergency alert notification today either on my iPhone, O2, or iPad, 3, although my husband got his on Vodafone standing next to me. Device notifications were on, latest upgrade and within 4G etc. Genuinely interested as to why I didn’t so if you could issue some comms and let me know reasons, that would be great. I appreciate it’s a test.

I too didn’t get my emergency alert notification yesterday on my O2 mobile, despite device notifications being on, latest upgrade and within 4G etc.Out of 5 people in the room, only 2 received it - a minute early.  (I don't know what network they were on.)  I heard it come through to someone in the adjoining room about 10 minutes later.
