i made an order to O2 for a FitBit on 25/111/15 and have not received notification that it is or has been delivered to shop. My account with O2 states I have no outstanding orders. Cannot contact O2! HELP!!!

Hi @Anonymous we do know for a fact these are currently out of stock...many people on here are having the same problem. Your best bet is to keep contacting CS and demand to know when you will be getting your fitbit..

Out of stock, all too common these days. As said you need to chase it up with customer service. I really feel for people who put in an order and wait expectantly for something they have paid for.
