I upgraded my phone contract with an online advisor on Thursday night, and was told I would get an email confirming this and saying my phone was being sent.
I've had no contact since the conversation, and my o2 account doesn't show any change. Is this normal and I have to wait for a bit, or has something gone wrong?
Any help will be appreciated!

It's possible the phone is out of stock or you may be the subject of a credit check. Best option is to call customer service to ask them the status of your order. Don't use the chat option though.

Thanks - I just started the chat option! They are so frustrating! Is it bad I never got an order number?

Not necessarily but best to ring them to be honest.

Thanks for that - turns out my chat advisor let me go before giving me the confirmation number so the order hadn't gone through. Got a text and email straight away once this was sorted
