View Mobile Bills & Emails to Hotmail accounts

Hello.  Is there an email address for O2?  I have 2 problems with O2 and do not want to spend more time on the phone.

1. I haven't been able to view my mobile phone bills for a year!

2. I can't send emails from my company's mail server (Fasthosts) via O2 to Hotmail email accounts and there is no 'bounce back' so it's impossible to tell if someone received it or not.

There seems to be a problem sending from some O2 addresses to Hotmail accounts, and they're working on a fix for this:
