HI Guys been trying to purchase a apple watch online i already have a iphone with o2 go through all the processes sends me paperwork but when i click complete order it wont let me, i phoned 202 6 different customer help people not my department ? so who will deal with it

Hi guy's solved it eventually ,o2 no help whatsoever ,I decided to try on my wife's iPhone which I didn't want to do as the watch was a gift for her but yes worked without a hitch except missing out on the no deposit offer as had expired ,no surprise as had been trying for over a week ,so if your ordering online I tried my phone (Samsung),Windows laptop & desktop wouldn't go through untill I ordered on Apple Phone 🤷 weird
