Screenshot in the link of the conversation I've just had with VM.
According to him, despite him not being able to point me to the terms and conditions that state it, if you receive any kind of a discount on your VM package, you can't have the speed boost offered under Volt.
I don't know if this is correct or not, and I've also posted this onto the VM forums.
Maybe someone, somewhere out in VMO2 land will be able to give us a definitive answer.
