Voicemail not working

Recently discovered my voicemail wasn't on.  I dialled 1750 and enabled it but the issue I have is that when I dial my mobile from another phone and then reject it it carries on ringing but never reaches the voicemail.  The call is however disconnected from my mobile.

 

Is there anything else I need to do?

Thanks, after turning off the o2 call alert and the voicemail i finally got it to work.
