Hey so I wanted to upgrade and usually i use live chat to do this as i can get loyalty discounts etc but as i cant do this is there anyway to actually speak to somone as i am not renewing my contract if i can get it cheaper elsewhere, i like O2 and have been with them for years but am frustrated that i cannot speak to an agent. Can anyone help

You would need to call customer services to speak to someone you can do an upgrade over the phone with them.

Good luck with calling. All the deals are on the website and it will be difficult to get through to retentions who are the only people who can offer you any sort of discount.
