Hi,
I recently checked my credit score and found out there's an unsettled payment from when I was a 02 customer 2 years ago. I've been trying to figure out how to sort this out and the app and my 02 have been really unhelpful in finding out how to do so. Could someone please give me some direction?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
(or the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )

One of the unfortunate issues about missed, late or failed payments is they stay on your credit file for 6 years.
Even if you pay off the debt late, in your case 2 years, it will remain on your credit file for a further 4 but with a note stating it's now been settled.
