I received my new contract and phone a few weeks ago. Inside my package was another customers new phone and details.
I keep being told I need to ring and speak with other departments or get cut off. I took it to a shop and they can’t take it as it was ordered online. Please can you advise me how I get this other customers phone and details returned as I shouldn’t have to keep ringing and being placed on hold over and over when this isn’t my mistake …. It’s an iPhone 13 that someone’s clearly going to be missing …. I am happy for someone to ring me but I’ve made a lot of efforts already and got nowhere … thank you

Thanks - I’ve now sent a FB message and photo of the persons details … you would think they would be keen to get it back seeing as it’s a data protection breach 🤷🏼♀️🙈
