Trouble with 2 step verification code on Facebook

Hi The O2 community

I have been trying to get into Facebook for the past 8 months. I have tried to get them to send me the 6 digit code. They say “they have resent the 6 digit code by SMS” but I never receive it? Could this be a block on the O2 network or is there something wrong Facebook’s end?

Does this happened to anyone else? Thank you

and also check that FB has your number correct.

You may also be able to choose to be verified by email.

Thank you for the helpful tips, I am not too sure how I check the message centre number on my iPhone 6S Plus? Do you have any ideas? Yes Facebook has my mobile number correct I can’t bypass the 2 step verification process to access my account.

The message center number only effects outgoing texts so I wouldn't worry about it. 

If you are receiving all other texts ok I would imagine it's a problem with FB. 

Might be worth you calling them or chatting with them to change your verification method.
