I have a Sony Xperia M (Android 4.1.2) phone bought as a SIM-free phone. I have a SIM-only, pay-monthly, SIM inserted in that Sony Xperia M.
If I buy a new SIM-free phone, can I just transfer the existing SIM-only, pay-monthly, O2 SIM card to the new phone, or would I have to contact O2 first?

I AM FUMING!!!!!! I have been palmed off with "I understand your upset" yaddy yaddy yaaaaaaa. I have been told a replacement will be with me within the next 1-3 working days ( so middle of next week!!!!) that's IF UK Mail can get it right this time and I'm not waiting around for 2/3 days.
Must admit that's the first time an O2 chat advisor has been so abrupt.
Oh, they will credit my account!.....By how much and when?
I asked for a bigger data allowance.......I was assured none of my data would be lost as long as I back up on my PC........
I mean sorry Community Moderators but WTF????????
Now I have my enquiry number and the name of the (so called) manager dealing with my complaint, naturally I asked when they would be calling me to resolve this............wait for it...........
I have to contact THEM VIA CHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
