Solved: Transferring Contacts

Have just not renewed my O2 contract and am moving to Orange. Currently have a Blackberyy Bold 9700 and just got Samsung Galaxy S3. Will be transferring my number and wonder if anybody could advise the best way to move my contacts from Blackberry to Samsung.
