This is the 3rd time my BB Q5 has been sent away with the same problem each time ,everytime i have tried to track it it says sorry you must have entered the wrong infomation....does anyone else have or had this issue it really is so frustrating

Seriously, speak to customer service but I've not heard of any problems tracking repairs.

Just tried it 3 more times and it isnt working it asks for postcode then repair no then security code (not an email) i shall contact 02 tomorrow Thanks for you help
