Hi

Call O2 customer services for info if the tracking does not work.

Tracking link : http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),C...

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Also if a phone is sent away for repair for the same issue x3 times you should
Push for a replacement as per o2's terms.

It worked fine for me when I recently used it.
Make sure you enter the info exactly as it shows in your email (even if they have spelt your name wrong as they did with mine).

Don't tell me...they put MI6 wink

Seriously, speak to customer service but I've not heard of any problems tracking repairs.

Hi

Certainly is worth asking especially for such a short pan of time you've had it.

They should replace the phone after 3 failed attempts at the same repair....

You are within your rights to ask for a change of handset now, same specs and price.
