O2 will refund money if you have no service or phone you need to contact customer services

Check with your bank, but they will be showing as pending, and these will fall off and back into your account in 5 -10 days (can be quicker) depending on your bank, as this is how the card payment system works,
If you need to speak to your bank they may be able to help.
O2 customer services cant help in this case

I don’t even know if I’m getting a contract or not, order, charged for handset & telling me the phone is not available for 28 days, when I was told I could pick it up next day!I want to cancel the order! I’m currently with another company and I can’t be left with no working phone because I’m going to be out of Contract in days, I am disabled and have cancer! I want to cancel online as I can’t currently speak, but they are making this impossible, the store in a different city I went to yesterday said it was impossible for them to cancel it because I wasn’t picking the phone up there, apparently! I need to be able to cancel this order so that I can continue with my own supplier, since I asked for my pac code they are in the belief that I am leaving now. I go to my O2 and it doesn’t even work, no way of tracking the order, no way of doing anything, it keeps repeatedly asking me to login when I already am, so then it doesn’t work and just says that there’s been an error, not exactly a great experience so I don’t want to be with them.
