Student Discount

I recently took out a new contract with O2 beginning of July. As a student I was told in store to log into unidays to retrieve a discount code and to text it to the O2 number given on O2's website. Text went through fine but I have still not had any student discount applied after almost 4 weeks. I was told on the phone by O2 customer service that they could not look into the matter and the store said they were no longer able to fix such issues since February.

I didn't have a problem on my previous contracts with O2. Can anyone please help me in getting this matter resolved. I have now been charged my first bill and the discount is usually applied after the first monthly bill.

Only customer service can sort this out if the store are unable or unwilling to help. Maybe making a complaint would help.

Just follow the instructions here: Getting your discount - O2 Students

    1. Buy a new device on O2 Refresh.
    2. Sign in to UNiDAYS. Come back to this page within 28 days, and sign in to UNiDAYS. If you don't have an account, you can create one here.
    3. Send us your unique code. Text 61202 from any mobile.

If you have done all and still nothing... then you should contact CS as they said.
