I am assuming you mean the NHS Booster texts that the NHS is currently spamming anyone who has had a booster or not.
I am afraid you can't, and can't see a way to stop this spam, as it doesn't have a number, I have already complained to NHS Digital and think it may be one for the ICO to investigate as its misuse of personal data

Makes sense to complain about something that could save your life 🙄

Not when they are sending it to people who have already had the booster... NHS incompetence yet again, not a surprise though to be honest....
No one is saying it doesn't save lives, but the NHS have to process data correctly, And it doesn't matter if its the NHS or o2, if you don't opt in or have the ability to opt out then its spam...

You should report this to your MP. This message was NOT sent by NHS but the UK Government. This was confirmed by the Scottish Government who had no control over it. It was sent to every mobile customer under pandemic rules !

Actually there are apps and messenger on older LG mobile phones allowed you to block keywords or prepended numbers using a wildcard asterisk.
Whether this is propaganda or not is another thing. O2 and other carriers broadcast this message to all their customers.

Forward the text to OFCOM using 7726, you will get an instant reply with further steps. Technically if you haven't consented this in the past it is illegal SPAM.
There ae videos on YouTube about it --> Here.
P.S. The number associated with mine was 6472667837.
